‘L’Air de Rein’ was created by Miller Harris to embody the spirit and sensuality of the iconic singer and actress Jane Birkin.  Founder Lyn Harris met Jane and accepted her challenge to create a perfume that perfectly encapsulated Birkin, who had been searching for years to find her signature scent.  This resulted in ‘L’Air de Rein’, a mysterious and vibrant fragrance, with tones of amber, vanilla, oak moss and musks. 

While Lyn was putting the finishing touches to her fragrance, Jane drew William Blake style nymphs that now adorn the bottle and it’s packaging.  The lightness of the scent hangs like a veil over the skin; it is light and mysterious, sensual and innocent, much like it’s muse.
